Work done for merchandise will cost more and vary based off of whatever agreement we end up coming to, whether it's a fee & royalty or just a pure flat fee & no royalty. I don't do merch art for shoutouts, sorry.Subscribers to my Ko-Fi get discounts across all commissions depending on tier!

- You can edit my work done for you provided you don't edit it to include subjects I refused to do in the first place ^{(no lolicon/shotacon/cub, pedophilia, incest or bestiality)}- I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I'm uncomfortable with it or the subject without the need to disclose why.
- I will not draw any characters labeled with slurs in ref sheet or discussion, regardless of if they're being reclaimed or not ^{(ie, shemale, femboy, other transphobic slurs, racial slurs, etc)}- I do not do commissions for minors.
- Childlike characters will not be drawn in any NSFW scenarios, regardless of their numerical age. I will not draw aged up suggestive art of minors.All commissions taken after 6/21/2022^{*last update date} will be held to this.Breaking my ToS will get you privately blacklisted from working with me in the future.

Commercial RightsCommission rights for printing/profiting off of my art do not come by default. Discuss with me about using commission work for merch, as we'll figure out Terms & Conditions that'll work out for both of us (and allows me to make sure I work on the right file size/type! Not all art will scale properly for physical things)Models (PNGtuber ones, live2d models) for Vtubers do however come with commercial rights by default, royalty free, with the only restriction being credit me as the artist of your sprites/model art.Commercial rights are typically 300% original price or cheaper with royalties, depending on the agreed contract.

Process^{Accepted commissions will receive an ETA. Depending on the order you'll either get thumbnail concept sketches to choose from before I start, or skip that step to a rough sketch. After any required changes are made, I'll move onto the next stage.Updates will be given very often so you can ask for corrections/be aware of your art's current stage. Please let me know if you'd prefer less communication! WIP (work in progress) updates can get spammy.}Payment^{Payment will be gone through Ko-Fi, since Paypal's fees are excessive and Stripe's are a lot less. Ko-Fi has more privacy for both the client and the artist when it comes to payment.
